We are expanding our range of Flail Blades - both ‘y’ and hammer blades as well as seals and bearings for Italian, American and Chinese sourced gearboxes. We have a huge range of these difficult to find items, and we may save you and your customer a lot of running around.

As a Bare Co stockist as well as dealers for Bondioli and Pavesi, Walterschied, and GB there are many gearboxes we have in stock with lots of ratio options. We can also reverse the direction of common gearboxes for right-hand discharge and multiple cutting heads.

Superior Equipment has been manufacturing the "Superior" brand of Slashers, Commercial Mowers and Tractor Implements since 1973. With over 30 years of experience in this field Superior regards itself as Australia's grass and crop control specialists.

Superior's main customers are the owners and operators in the turf, golf, park and airport industries, primary producers in the beef, dairy, wheat, sorghum and cotton sectors, and all growers with orchards, vineyards and plantations in Australia and the South Pacific. With Slashers ranging in cutting widths from 3' to a massive 40' wide, Superior have a slasher or commercial mowers to cover the needs of most users.

For the past ten years Superior has been importing the "Ferri" brand of Mulchers and Boom Mowers from Italy. Ferri is one of Europe's major manufacturers in this style of grass cutter and compliments the Superior range for build quality and in-field performance. Superior works closely with Ferri to modify their mulchers for the tougher conditions here in Australia.

With the changing lifestyle of Australia many more people are moving to small acre lots and hobby farms. These people have larger areas to maintain but don't have the luxury of lots of time - they need to get more done in a day. Most have purchased and small tractor and wish to cut 5' or 6' at a time. Our range of 'Superior Supa-Mowers' gives these people a ride-on mower type finish but in a more robust construction. High blade tip speeds combined with industry leading cutting heads ensure an excellent cut year after year.

With many broadacre farmers' now planting wheat & sorghum 40'at a time our stubble mulchers need to cut this same width. Our TX Series machines in 25, 30 & 35 feet now have a fourth model - the TX40 ready for this new season. With Superior's unique split drive system we have seven cutting heads offering full overlap and no need for timing. Big tractors with a minimum of 200 horse-power will be required to drive these 40' models and many farmers already are updating to 300hp plus.

Now in Quindus Street, Wacol, Brisbane Qld., Superior is well positioned to take advantage of improving seasonal conditions in Australia & overseas. Robot welders and smart CNC lathes assist our fitters, turners, welders and assemblers to build quality equipment to meet customer demand.
